Q: What made you become interested in real estate?

A: I was interested in helping individuals and families create wealth by having the right financial knowledge.

Q: What is the most interesting thing that happened during an open house you hosted?

A:  I hosted an open house after the pandemic and presented participants the option of receiving hand sanitizer or taking a shot of Vodka - I said I had whatever you need.

Q: What was your favorite moment in your career so far?

A: I have had several heartwarming moments, from having clients cry at the table to sending me thank-you cards around Christmas for helping them sell their home earlier. One of the most recent touching moments I had was helping a family sell their elderly parents' home. The sale went quickly, smoothly, and well over list price as well as many investor offers they were receiving prior to hiring me. Shortly after settlement, the family thanked me as the dad had passed away in his sleep and they were grateful for having the extra income from the sale to take care of their mom.

Q: What do you wish you had known when you first got your real estate license?

A: How to create the right relationships.

Q: In what ways have you seen the real estate industry change since you started?

A: Real Estate is really tech-heavy and agents are in more competition with the technology than with each other. Though tech is necessary it will not completely replace the need to have a live professional available to help.

Q: What’s the most challenging part of your job?

A: I can always account for myself, but having to account for other professionals in the industry who are necessary for a transaction to conclude can place many unforeseen barriers in my client's path to homeownership and even selling a home.

Q: If you could sum up being a real estate agent in five words or less, what would you say?

A: Real Life Business Ownership
